My name is Neeko Little — I’m a certified sound bowl facilitator, devoted everyday meditator, and an unwavering advocate for mindfulness, emotional healing, and holistic restoration. I founded SimpliPriceless with one mission in mind: to create sacred spaces where people can remember their power, realign with their purpose, and reclaim their peace. My journey into sound and stillness wasn’t born out of luxury — it was born out of necessity. In 2020, as the world was gripped by the COVID-19 pandemic and communities of color faced compounded stress from systemic injustice, I, like many others, found myself emotionally overwhelmed. The combination of physical isolation, rising uncertainty, and racial trauma left me searching for something deeper — something grounding, healing, and real.
With the encouragement of my therapist and a few divine nudges from life itself, I started exploring meditation. I turned to tools like Headspace and Waking Up, hoping for a break from the noise in my mind. What I discovered was more than just a coping mechanism — I found a spiritual practice that centered me in ways nothing else had before. Meditation didn’t erase the pain or magically cure my anxiety, but it did offer me presence. It gave me the sacred pause I didn’t know I needed — the space to breathe through discomfort, to observe my thoughts without judgment, and to reconnect with the wisdom within me.
The deeper I went, the more I felt called to share. I began integrating crystal sound bowls into my practice, recognizing the profound impact sound frequencies had on the nervous system and energetic body. These instruments became not just tools — but extensions of my purpose. Today, I lead sound bowl meditation sessions that help people move stuck energy, release emotional burdens, and return to wholeness. I work with individuals, families, community organizations, and wellness spaces, offering guidance rooted in both lived experience and spiritual insight. Each session is a ritual of remembrance — a reminder that peace is not something you find; it’s something you practice.
I believe healing is deeply personal, but it doesn’t have to be done alone. Whether you’re navigating burnout, grief, anxiety, or simply craving stillness in a chaotic world, I’m here to remind you: your breath is a portal, your body is wise, and your peace is always within reach. Through intentional sound, soulful meditation, and mindful presence, I hold space for you to come home — to yourself.



























My Approach
My approach is rooted in presence, energy, and intentional healing. I believe true transformation happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, tune in, and allow ourselves to be seen — by others, and most importantly, by ourselves. Every session I offer is guided by this understanding.
I blend ancient wisdom with modern mindfulness, using crystal sound bowls to create a vibrational environment that gently quiets the nervous system, supports emotional release, and invites inner alignment. My method is both intuitive and informed — shaped by my own lived experiences, psychological insight, and a deep spiritual practice cultivated over years of personal healing.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. I meet people where they are — with compassion, without judgment — and guide them back to the parts of themselves they may have forgotten. Whether through private sessions, group meditations, or energy workshops, I create sacred, culturally aware spaces for people to pause, process, and reconnect with their breath, their body, and their power.
Healing with me is not about perfection. It’s about permission. Permission to rest. Permission to release. Permission to return to yourself — as many times as you need.

What to Expect
DURING A SOUND BATH
Once the mediation begins, the sound will begin to flow through you, vibrating every cell in your body. You may experience pleasant relaxation, clarity on something troubling you, lucid dreaming, deep restful sleep, hidden emotions may surface to be processed, or even an out-of-body experience may occur. By the end of this experience, you should feel as though your "monkey mind" has slowed down, and you find it easier to ground yourself in the present moment.
